Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

NOTE: Returns are eligible for store credit only in the form of a digital gift card.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

What Happens Next?

  • Once we receive your return and it passes inspection, we will issue your store credit via digital gift card for the full value of the returned product.

  • The gift card will be valid for up to 1 year from the date of issue.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately through the returns portal so we can make it right.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn/unused)

  • With all tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
